We prefer to discuss risks openly at the start rather than in due diligence.

Risk	How we address it
EU recognition of Ukrainian certificates	Rules for crediting Ukrainian biomethane in some EU markets are still being finalised. We track the regulatory process and structure offtake terms accordingly.
Grid access	Connection conditions from the DSO or TSO are obtained early, before major capital is committed.
War-related risks	Equipment protection, outage scenarios, modular design and war-risk insurance requirements built into the project.
Feedstock supply	Feedstock audits and long-term supply arrangements with the producer as part of feasibility.
